At Grape will be alt-J, Kodaline, Nick Murphy fkaChetFaker, Oh Wonder or Wilkinson!

Grape Festival presented the first tenth of foreign artists who are going to introduce on 10-11. August 2018 at Piešťany airport.

“This year was again very difficult to bring the most interesting names to Slovakia, you always need good luck. However, when we summarize the current list of performers, we have to be satisfied, “says Ján Trstenský for the team of organizers.

Among the biggest names that came out at the Grape Festival will definitely be the British Alternative Group alt-J.

“We wanted this band last year, but we did not manage. Now their agent has approached us in October, and although we hesitated a little, as the band performed in the summer, we finally agreed. We believe that their return was pleasing to many fans and to those who could not see them last year, “continues Jan Trstenský.

Other “big” names include the Irish pop rock star Kodaline, or Nick Murphy, electomage, which until recently was known as Chet Faker and will perform his first summer European concert in Piešťany in August.

Drum and bass scene will be represented by producer Wilkinson, who returns to Piešťany this time with the band and Saturday’s program will be complemented by Dutch trio Noisia with his set.

The current names of the world music scene will be represented by British Oh Wonder and guitar Wolf Alice. Some Exotics to the airport in Piešťany will bring an Iranian singer living in the Netherlands – Sevdaliza.

Recently, the organizers added with a smile on their face that for the olders there will be the legendary Lamb and surfist Seasicka Steva, who after four years return to Slovakia to show off their exciting rock-show show.

The next dozen foreign bands will be published.
